Prolonged-release agonist of the glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1)

The developed product is an original drug that functions as a prolonged-release GLP-1 and GIP receptor agonist (similar to tirzepatide), but has a different structure. Thus, tirzepatide uses chemical modifications of amino acids and the addition of a fatty acid tail to interact with albumin circulating in the blood.

We use covalent fusion with a large inert polypeptide that slows down the processes of renal filtration of the drug from blood plasma.
